What if my vehicle year, make or model is not available for purchase on your website?

When is my order processed?

Your order may be processed within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders made after 12pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day. Orders made over the weekend, will ship the following Monday or next business day, if Monday is a holiday. 

What is my tracking number?

Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier. 

Where do you ship from?

Projectmats.com ships from good ol' sunny Southern California. We ship via USPS Priority, Fed Ex and/or UPS Ground shipping. Please see below for approximate transit times for your state. Please note shipping cost is additional for HI, AK, APO/FPO and US territories.

Where do you ship to?

Projectmats.com only ships within the United States. We offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, shipping is additional for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. 

Can I change my shipping address after I had made my purchase?

For your protection, projectmats.com only ships to the billing address that is associated with your payment method or credit card. All orders that need changes of the shipping address will be refunded and must be purchase again using your updated information.

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately, projectmats.com does not offer expedited shipping at this time.

What is the warranty on my purchase?

U Ace, Inc, the manufacturer of 3D MAXpider, warrants their product for three (3) years from date of original purchase.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Projectmats.com guarantees our products to be free from defects within 30 days after you receive the item.
